FL Birth Connect is a directory for exploring birth and family support services. It is not a medical provider.
If you suggest a provider or report an issue, we collect the provider or business name, your message, and any optional city, website, or email details you provide. If you request a callback, an email address is required. Submissions are held for administrator review and do not automatically create public provider listings.
Our hosting platform may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to operate and protect the site. To limit repeated form submissions, the site stores a one-way hash derived from an IP address and the submission date in its Cloudflare database.
Authorized directory administrators may review submissions, contact details, review status, and internal notes. We do not display submitters' contact details in public directory listings.
Provider websites are independent third-party sites with their own privacy practices. Information shown in the directory does not constitute medical advice, endorsement, or a guarantee of credentials or quality.
You can report a correction or make a privacy-related request using the directory contact form. Select “Report an incorrect listing” and identify the record or submission involved. Do not include private patient medical records or sensitive family health information.
